Shootlab are a Content Creation Agency based in Lewes, Sussex. We were asked to shoot a series of photographs and produce an 'About us' Video on Craft beer brand Burning Sky Brewery. We produced the film for Locate East Sussex business support group.
Burning Sky microbrewery is located in the quirky village of Firle, near Lewes in East Sussex. They are one of the most respected craft breweries in the country. Burning Sky have won many industry awards and are particularly known for their Pale Ales. Their beers fuse English-style Pale Ale traditional with Belgium-inspired flavours and are truly amazing. We were commissioned to shoot the photos and Video for Locate East Sussex who are an organisation based in Hastings, that offer business support for the East Sussex region. Burning Sky Brewery are located on the Firle estate in the village itself.

The Burning Sky range currently consists of Burning Sky Aurora, Burning Sky Plateau and Burning Sky Saison, all of which are available in both cask and bottle form. The brewery also produces a number of seasonal and limited edition beers, such as the Burning Sky Festivus Ale and the Burning Sky Summer Ale. Burning Sky beers are currently available in a number of UK pubs and restaurants, as well as online from the Burning Sky website.
About Burning Sky Brewery
The brewery was founded in 2012 by Andy Parker and Justin Hawke, who met while working at the renowned Brewdog Brewery in Scotland. Parker and Hawke decided to set up Burning Sky after becoming disillusioned with the mass-produced, industrialised beers that dominate the UK market. Their aim was to create a range of high-quality, hand-crafted beers that would be enjoyed by beer lovers across the country. Burning Sky beers are brewed using only the finest ingredients, and all of their beers are unfiltered, unpasteurised and filled with natural flavour. The Burning Sky brewing process is completely traditional, meaning that their beers are slowly fermented over a period of weeks or even months. This allows the full flavour of the hops and malt to develop, resulting in a beer that is rich, complex and full of character.
