New York / London Creative Exchange | International Documentary Film
Shootlab was commissioned by UAL London and the Shawn Carter Foundation NY to document a prestigious two-week creative exchange programme between students in New York and London. This project served a dual purpose: acting as a high-impact educational recruitment asset for UAL and a compelling observational documentary for the Shawn Carter Foundation.
Our team provided full-service documentary production, utilizing on-location filming across both global cities to capture the raw, unscripted energy of the collaboration. By employing minimal-interference filming techniques, we were able to weave together a story-led narrative featuring candid student interviews and fly-on-the-wall footage of the creative process. The final film, elevated by professional colour grading and sound mastering, stands as an archival-quality testament to the power of international arts education and social impact.
