About The Pished Fish
The Pished Fish is an artisan producer of small-batch slow-cured and booze-infused Smoked Salmon. The Scottish sourced Salmon is cured in 'alchohol' and botanical infusions and then smoked using a unique combination of specially selected woods. Their best sellers include Rum Cured Smoked Salmon, Aquavit Beetroot cured Smoked Salmon and their Gin and Tonic Cured Smoked Salmon. Their Smoked Salmon is sold in stores across the UK, including Fortnum and Masons and Pished Fish Waitrose, as well as this they also offer a popular subscription-based mail-order service.
We created the business Video and Photography for Locate East Sussex who are a not-for-profit business support and inward investment service for East Sussex.
